Along with  our 1967 themed Big Busk for all to join in, it is looking to be a family fun day for all to enjoy along with all the extras of food, ice cream, musical instruments and items to buy, ice cream, leis, ice cream, kazoos, ice cream, bubbles,  ice cream, drinks and…….did I mention ice cream?

Not forgetting we are aiming to raise lots and lots of money for charity with our wonderful raffle and tombola, so be there or be square!

Hi Everyone!

Not long now until our Festival,and we are all getting very excited and checking lots of lists!  We are once again supporting the Ukulele Kids Charity UK, everyone was so generous and supportive last year and we raised an amazing amount, we hope to do just as well this year!!

Another exciting piece of news is that we have a concert ukulele signed by, wait for it,…………… THE UKULELE ORCHESTRA OF GREAT BRITIAN!!!!     to raffle on the day, so make sure you get your tickets folks!  As of last year we have two amazing food vendors, along with Noah Ukuleles, and the Music Trading Company, as well as all the other festival paraphernalia and of course Ice Cream, no festival would be the same without it!  Recently we were told we are listed on the best ukulele festivals 2017 in ukulele music info.

Don’t forget to download the Big Busk Book from the website, copies will be for sale on the day if not,  and start digging out your Threads for our 1967 theme,  we are expecting  a very colourful day!   If anyone is unsure of the details of our free entrance festival it is being held at the Cinque Ports Pub in Rye on Saturday 8th July from 11am,  be there or be square!

Here we are after playing at the RSPCA Open Day event recently in Hastings, great day there, next stop Festival,  Yaay!!

We are happy to report that all the preparations are well underway for our 3rd Ukulele Festival!

Our theme for this year is the music of 1967 in honour of 50 years of Sgt Pepper release, so dig out your hippy garb, twiggy dresses, floppy hats et. all and we will have a groovy time!

We will be supporting The Ukulele Kids Club UK again this year
a very worthwhile Charity that supplies Ukuleles and tutors to sick children in hospital to help with recovery.
There will be food and, of course, ice cream vendors as well as Noah Ukuleles and The Music Trading Company there for your enjoyment and perusal and we are so looking forward to welcoming friends old and new for another fun filled happy day.
So, BE THERE OR BE SQUARE !!!

We were amazed and wonderfully happy to find out that the final total we raised for the Ukulele Kids Charity U. K. was a whopping

£ 764.81 !!

All down to your wonderful support and generosity. We can’t thank you enough for helping us raise money so sick children in hospital can learn the wonders of our beloved instrument and as they keep the ukes, who knows this may have started the career of some new ukulele stars!
