We were delighted to be asked again to play Christmassy songs for The Sara Lee Trust Christmas Fair, held in the beautiful church of St John the Evangelist, St Leonards. This wonderful charity raises funds to help families and people affected by cancer. As always there was a warm and friendly atmosphere and was well attended, we as usual had a fab time and lots of tea and cake!
Here we are playing at Pevensey Festival, Sunday before last, a really well attended festival lots of great groups there and we loved the new venue. We played some of the recent songs we have added to our repertoire and we are happy to say they were very well received. Pevensey are such a friendly group and this is their third festival, looking forward to many more! There is a video of us playing some of the set on our face book page, here is the link if you are able to access face book https://www.facebook.com/groups/332110763536807/

Hi Justine,
I just wanted to say another thank you to the Rye Ukulele Experiment for performing at our event today, it was a great performance as always and I think the groups flowery shirts kept the sun shining for us.
I thought you might like to know that we raised £1,595, which is fantastic!
Many thanks,
Nikki
